PULSE is supported by its author, best effort, normally within two business days.

• When something fails on a page, quote the macro name, the page, and the Reference code shown in the failure notice — it ties your report to the log line without exposing anything else.
• The user guide covers installation (Confluence first, then Jira), every setting, and every failure message with its recovery.

Installing

1. Open the installation link you were given and choose your Confluence site. Review the read-only Jira scopes and consent.
2. Open the same link again and choose the Jira site your boards live on.
3. Edit a page, type /PULSE, pick a macro, choose a project, board and sprint, and save.

Nothing is written to Jira. Uninstalling from Confluence removes PULSE and everything it stored.
